Return Process

  Carefully place the items and the completed return form into the original shipping box or a secure alternative to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a home collection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
